One of our resolutions at the Epps Realty office is to eat-in more and we kicked off that goal today by serving up homemade quiche made by yours truly! ย This ham and cheese quiche is super easy to make and can be easily doubled to feed a larger group.
Here’s what you need:
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 c diced ham
1 c shredded pepper jack cheese
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 deep dish frozen pie crust
Here’s how you make it:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Stir in ham and both cheeses.
- Pour pie filling into crust, set on a baking sheet and place in oven for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Serve warm.
The great thing about quiche recipes is that they are so versatile. ย You can substitute different cheeses, different meat or meatless, add veggies…the variations are endless!
Let me know if you try this recipe.
